Disclose the affiliate relationship
Wherever you recommend OnBrand 365 — content, email, social, advisory engagements — disclose that you earn a commission. This is FTC requirement, not OnBrand policy. We provide suggested disclosure language in the partner kit.
No self-referral
You cannot refer your own company to the program. Family members and entities you control are also excluded. We pay for net-new pipeline, not for restructured billing.
Questions partners ask before applying.
Monthly via Rewardful. Commission accrues on the customer's first paid month and locks after they retain 30 days, which protects against fraud and refund chargebacks. Payouts process the first week of each month for the prior month's locked commission.
Subscription tier MRR only. Credit packs, add-on seats, and one-time fees do not pay commission. The recurring subscription is the durable revenue we share.
You earn 30% of whatever they actually pay each month. If they upgrade from Pro to Business mid-cycle, your next month's commission reflects the new MRR. If they downgrade or churn, commission drops or ends.
Yes — provided they have not already started a free trial or signed up. The 90-day cookie attributes any prospect who clicks your link before signup. If they're already in our pipeline through a different source, last-click determines attribution.

You hit Certified at either 20 paying referrals or $5,000 in active monthly recurring revenue across your referrals, whichever comes first. From that point forward your commission rate doubles to 50%, you get founder access for client escalations, and you're listed publicly in our Partner Directory. Status reviewed quarterly — sustained MRR keeps it active.
